Special thanks to those at The Countess of Chester Hospital for looking after our Mother and Nana of Nathan and Kieran. Also to Sylvia for her kind ministration and to George Pettit Funeralcare for attending to arrangements with great dignity. Donations to The British Heart Foundation are also gratefully acknowledged as are flowers received on the day.
